iPhoto Events

iPhoto groups your photo in a photo library by events. When you import photos the iPhoto automatically sorts out all photos into events based on the date the photos were taken. You can easily name the events with meaningful name so that you can easily find the photos which you are looking for.

You can also use events for creating an album. iPhoto events are where you store all your photos which you have taken together with blurry image, poorly exposed photos, out of focus etc. And albums are actually which you create by selecting the desired photos of your choice. In album you can easily delete the photos and restore it back but in events you are allowed to do so if once you have deleted it cannot be restored back. Once you delete event iPhoto it cannot be restored and the photo is gone forever.
